    Booking Documents Service

    A document access and PDF audit trail service that lets customers retrieve booking confirmations without creating accounts.

    Reduced booking-confirmation support contacts by 46% and moved content updates from days to hours through Sanity CMS.

    • Established a Turborepo foundation for this and future ancillary applications.
    • Migrated the legacy booking confirmation page to a Preact experience accessed through a booking secret in the URL.
    • Integrated Pub/Sub, GCS, and Headless Chrome so customer-facing pages and audit PDFs share the same source of truth.

    A controlled migration that made booking-change pricing instant and moved more amendment work into self-service flows.

    71% of users who viewed pricing self-served, quote response times dropped from 48 hours to instant, and fulfilment increased from 10% to 44%.

    • Mapped backend request flows and rewrote integrations against the GraphQL server for type-safe data fetching.
    • Used feature flags to control rollout across TypeScript services and a legacy Java API.
    • Removed an outdated stopover-flight restriction, boosting automation rates by 12% and avoiding about 11,000 annual agent tickets.
